• Account & Contact Information: Your phone number, used to sign you in to the CargoAI app via a one-time SMS verification code, and your name and company details associated with your account.
• Google Account Credentials: When you authorize through Google on the dispatch platform, we gain access to your Google profile, including name, email address, and profile photo.
• Email Data: On the dispatch platform, we use the Google Gmail API to read and send emails related to freight transportation management.
• Cargo Data: Information about cargo, loads, routes, bids, drivers, and brokers necessary for platform functionality.
• Location Data: While you are on duty in the CargoAI app, we collect the device's GPS location to track shipment progress, calculate distance, and select optimal routes. Location is reported periodically (approximately every few minutes) and only within service areas; it is not collected when you are signed out or when your vehicle is marked out of service.
• Push Notification Token: A device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) so we can deliver load alerts, chat messages, and status updates.
• Photos & Documents: Images and files you choose to attach to load chats (for example, dock and document photos) for the purpose of communication and recordkeeping.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, and similar technical data used for security, diagnostics, and functionality.

3How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the CargoETL platform and the CargoAI app
• User authorization and authentication (SMS verification and Google sign-in)
• Processing and managing freight transportation
• Automatic distribution of loads to drivers
• Distance calculation and optimal route selection
• Real-time shipment tracking and status updates
• Communication between dispatchers, drivers, and brokers
• Sending and receiving emails through the Gmail API (dispatch platform)
• Delivering push notifications you have opted into

4Use of Google API

Our dispatch platform uses the following Google API Services:

• Google Gmail API: For reading and sending emails related to freight transportation management.
• Google OAuth 2.0: For user authorization and accessing the user's Google profile.
• Google People API: For retrieving user information (name, email, profile photo).

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer data obtained through Google APIs to third parties, except when necessary to provide our services or required by law, and we do not use this data for advertising.

We implement modern security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:
